What the course will hold
Eight modules, twenty-six lessons. Each lesson is a short, plain-language read that follows the same dependable rhythm — teach, examples, a peacetime exercise, a spot-the-counterfeit drill, a reflection, and a short knowledge check.

The bedrock: clean repair, empathy, and rebuilding trust after it frays.

Trust, Security & Attachment
The secure base: honesty, co-regulation, gratitude, and forgiveness.
Module 6
Autonomy, Boundaries, Difference & Inclusion
Two whole selves: healthy autonomy, neurodivergent connection, and affirming difference.
Module 7
Shared Life & Partnership
The everyday: money, domestic and mental labor, fairness, parenting, and shared decisions.
Module 8
Intimacy, Desire & Shared Meaning
The deepening: physical intimacy, desire, rituals of connection, and modern-dating hygiene.
Grounded, and honest about it
Every lesson draws on close-relationships science — the Gottman research, attachment theory, and emotionally focused therapy — and cites where it cites. Claims stay modest where the evidence is mixed, and every lesson names the safety floor beneath the green flags. This is educational writing, not therapy.
